• Use of Leaves

Leaves can also be cooked in ghee and eaten.

• Kapha and Pitta Disorders

If Kapha or Pitta is excessive, 4–5 drops of oil can be taken with milk or ghee on an empty stomach.

• Morning Consumption

Taking 4–5 drops with cow’s milk in the morning on an empty stomach is considered beneficial.

• Slow Intelligence and Restlessness

If there is dull intellect, restlessness, or Vata-Kapha imbalance —

Taking 4 drops with milk or ghee on an empty stomach for 40–60 days is considered beneficial.

• For Children

Giving 1–2 seeds to small children is considered beneficial.

• Epilepsy

If epilepsy attacks occur, giving 1–2 seeds daily is considered helpful.

• Important Note

People who have Pitta disorders, excessive body heat or excessive sweating should avoid consuming Malkangni.
